I am rejecting this response because: Please see the attached photosThese are from some of the people who did get the bed bug severely however some people who did get bites but didn't look worse, We didn't take any pictures I'm not trying to scam the motel but it's really happened and I tried to address it but the management is really poor and badWhen we requested for new rooms because of bed bugs, they just simply said there is nothing that they can doNot even called their manager for consultations or anythingHow can we sleep in the same rooms full of bed bug and have a good night sleep???? Please let me know if you need anything else FYI: I went with three other people at that night to the front desk to show it directly that we have a bed bug bites on our bodiesYou can ask their video camera recording for proof/evidence if you don't believe meI'm 100% sure they will not give you that because they will lose this case if they do

refund for one night for one room only. We have an routine Pest Control as a part of our Maintenance procedure at our  hotel and nothing was found in the rooms.
