Riverside Hearing Aid Service

Review: I received 2 hearing aids on */**/13. The hearing aids were totally unsatisfactory. One stopped working altogether in less than a week and the other had unacceptable sound quality. Both were returned to the vendor on Aug **, 2013. I was told by the hearing consultant that my money would be refunded except for a cancellation fee. The payment for the hearing aids was set up through Care Credit of Orlando Florida. I believe the provider received payment from Care Credit, but never notified them that the hearing aids were returned. As of this morning Care Credit said he has not provided them with notice of return nor has he refunded them, thus, they are still looking for full payment from me.Desired Settlement: Provide return confirmation to Care Credit so that my outstanding balance is resolved.

We are writing in reference to the letter we received from you regarding [redacted]. Ms. [redacted] returned

her aids on August **, 2013. There was an error on our part which caused her not to receive her refund in 30 days. As soon as Ms.

[redacted] brought this to our attention on September 1*, 2013, we immediately issued a refund to her Care Credit account.

Per her contract, which Ms. [redacted] signed there was a 10% restocking fee. We are sorry she was not satisfied with her hearing

aid purchase.

Again, we apologize for our error in not issuing the refund in 30 days & will use this to help improve our refund system should there be future refunds. Our company is dedicated to customer satisfaction.
