referred her to me for a consultation. I do not force my patients to do any treatment without their consent. In which case, we performed a consultation with her consent.
Patients often do not like to hear the condition of their mouth as it is understandably uncomfortable. Often time's patients come back years later with a worse condition where it would be either too late or more difficult to save some teeth.
