Riverside Days Inn

Review: I attempted to stay at the riverside inn to save money while on vacation. I was charged 69 dollars for the room. When I entered the room my daughter and I were very unsatisfied. It was dirty it stunk there were bugs in the bathroom and there was blood on a towel! I went back up to the front desk asking for my money back since this room was so unacceptable as soon as I discovered all of the issues with the room. The woman at the front desk would not give me my money back and said it was because I stayed in the room for 20 minutes. I kept asking her to give it back and she said she did not have the authority. Her and another woman began swearing at me in front of my 6 year old children. They said I would not get my money back and that they would have to submit it to the account manager and it most likely would not get refunded since we were in the room for 20 minutes. The hotel was disgusting so I feel I should get my money back since it isn't my fault the hotel was so dirty. This all took place on July 17th. I am just so disgusted that this hotel is still open and I want my money back.Desired Settlement: I want my money back and I want an apology. This hotel should be shut down because the people who work there do not know how to treat customers and it is completely disgusting. It's the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen.
