Signed No Contract or Loan5mths ago I searching for a car and went to this dealership (Platnium Auto Connection) and applyed I was approved by [redacted] through the dealership, but deceided not to get the car because of all the lies that I had to tell the load company per the Manager so I walked away. Well 5 months later I deceided to go lookng for a car again and when my credit report was ran I was told that I have a car with [redacted]. I called this dealership and they are gone out of bussiness, now I am fighting to let them know([redacted]) that I dont have a car loan with them. So Platnium Connection used my information to get a loan and I guesed they kept the money that was sent to them.Desired SettlementIs this company out of bussiness? Whom do I talk to I have cotacted [redacted] and the local authorities.
