I have done all that I can to fix the issue the consumer feels is a problemI am willing to do one more coat of seal coat in the entire driveway at no cost to the consumer if they would like me to do soI poured water on the area and there is no puddling more than the size of a dime and pretty much nothing at all So I am unsure what else I would do to resolve this issue

There is still puddling in front of our stairs and garage and it looks terrible with the patching. We paid for a NEW driveway and it has been almost a year to get them to take care of it. They just keep putting in patches and those will end up like potholes in the street, just coming out. He has been contacting us, and is very upset that we contacted you. But we deserve to have the work done right. It was a lot of money for us!!
