*** rented the River Cabins X & Z on June & for womenShe had more that stayed next to our property at River Side
I called *** twice to ask her about the missing towels but she never called me backI finally credited her
friend (that put up the $security deposit) $on July See receiptWhen *** called, I thought our conversation went wellI told her I never thought they stole the towels but thought they got put in a bag and accidentally were taken or thrown away with trashSince we don't do maid service at these cabins, guest bring dirty towels to office and exchange for clean towelsThey usually bring them in the trash bags we have at cabinsI never called her a liar or thieves, just disagreed that the towels were missingThe master bedroom has towels (for master bedroom & for persons using futon in front room) towels for the back bedrooms that sleep
I did tell her they were counted when stripping the cabins and then again in laundry
It is interesting that her friend received the credit of never told her...? that I credited the on July and she is still on a rollWe have asked them not to come back to Rivers Edge since all the exaggerations and hate on tripadvisor and two personal letters to us
