I spoke with Mr [redacted] today and told him that I would take care of the bill on my end to please disregard the statement
The reply from the office manager clearly demonstrates they dont care and are not at all concerned about this incident.I arrived at 10:14am, not 10:18amI have been coming here for years and have never once been informed there is a policy that this practice will refuse to see anyone who is latePosting a policy in a lobby doesn't mean you're effectively informing patientsIf there is a zero tolerance policy for lateness isn't that significant enough to have patients sign a form acknowledging their awareness? Who attempted to resolve this with me? I was told I had to reschedule, however I was not offered any optionsThe front desk person starred and me and offered no specific solutions. No effort has been made to make amends or retain my businessIt is also clear that there will not be any effort on their end. I work in the service industry and it is good business to take care of your customers even when something happens you may not appreciateRelationships should matter, right?Until I am contacted by this business directly and treated like a person this complaint will remain open
They have been telling us for ten months that this was resolved, and yet they told us today that we are being sent collections. Because they were snotty liars over the last ten months, we need a zero balance invoice specifically stating that there is no balance due and an apology.
I spoke with Mr. [redacted] today and told him that I would take care of the bill on my end to please disregard the statement.
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find the resolution is satisfactory to me.
Mr. [redacted] arrived to his appointment 18 minute and we give a 10 minute grace period. We offered him another appointment and this did not satisfy him.He replied that nobody ever told him that he could not be late. It's a posted policy in our lobby. We are most sorry that this has...
