Dear Consumer, ? We are sorry to hear that you are having issues with your dentures.? This complaint to the Revdex.com was the first time we were made aware that you were having any issues with your dentures.?
Unfortunately, we have not? heard from you at the office since shortly after your extractions of your upper teeth a year ago.? ? It is our office philosophy to provide excellent treatment to all of our patients.? We feel that we approached your treatment with this philosophy in mind and provided you with treatment that met the standard of care.? In review of your records, we gave you an estimate for the denture reline at the same appointment that we gave you the original estimate for the dentures (prior to beginning any treatment).? It is an anticipated and routine procedure that takes place after your tooth extractions are done due to initial bone swelling and subsequent bone loss after the tooth extractions.? We are recommending a denture reline as the next step in this process for you to have the best fit.? We would be happy to discuss this option with you again or with the new provider of your choice.?
