Rivers Carpet Cleaning

Service provided was not what was advertised, I made an apt. for when an adult would be available, they called and changed the apt. time. They came out with a small handheld cleaning machine, soaked my sofa, made my children given then water for there machine and ruined my furniture. I demanded a refund for the full amount of $63.57.

I was told they do not issue refunds, I have a copy of the invoice which clearly stated the person sighing the receipt is 18 years old and agrees that the services were done properly, they had my 15 year old sign for the receipt which makes it void. If I would have been home like I originally scheduled, I would not have allowed them to clean my sofa. The rep clearly say that there was not going to be an adult to sign the invoice and still entered my property.

I was willing to have them come back out to clean my sofa but only if they could professional clean it with a truck mounted system and not a non commercial hand held system. I was told they don't have a professional system.
