Review: Called on full page newspaper advertisment that was in the THIS WEEK edition January 2014 newspaper. [redacted] showed my husband [redacted] and I the home and we filled out the necessary application. At which time we were informed that there was an application fee. She ended up waiving the application fee but then told us that we had to pay for the propane in the amount $520.00. The ad plainly states $250.00 moves you in no application fee no additional cost. This is false advertising IF YOU WOULD LIKE A COPY OF THE ADVERTISMENT PLEASE CONTACT MEDesired Settlement: I would like a refund of the $520.00 or have it taken off the March 2015 rent
