I ordered a specific size flyer to be printed in large quantity on a rush order due to the fact I was out of them The specific size was 1/page and made it very clear in my first exchange of conversation with Mike J*** the CEO He quoted me prices very clearly and quickly and understood the need We had ordered flyers from him before He put a rush order on them and shipped them out I received them a little later than anticipated but I was ok because we needed them However when I opened them they were 1/page size which is too big for my team to even fit in our pockets When I alerted Mike about the issue he offered to refund me $then $but as I told him it didn't solve the problem I still needed the 1/page flyers and I offered to send the incorrect ones back if he would send me the correct size He refused to do so then would not answer calls, or texts from me It is horrible customer service on his part to not at least make an attempt to rectify the situati
