I live here now and it has been an absolutely miserable experience since I moved in over two months agoEvery pipe in my apartment has leaked and flooded my floorsThe office is slow to help if they do at allThe apartment itself is under keptCloset doors hardly work, windows and doors don't close all the way (letting in insects), and the floors, bathtub, and appliances are all cracked, chipped, and curiously discoloredThey demolished the pool, there's hardly ever parking in the lot, the laundry machines eat your quarters, the gym key doesn't open the door, the walls are paper thin and ceilings/floors are very loud and creaky, and apartment wide power goes out for hours without warningI email the office with a new problem weekly, almost never with any responseIt is apparent that the staff does not care about their tenants at all other than to get our moneyMy apartment has now flooded timesI've yet to actually use my entire apartment at one timeThey may take up to a week to fix the pipes and they will not clean up the floodingThe bathroom sink has flooded twice into my bedroom through the wallTheir refusal to clean up their mess caused me to get mold poisoning the first timeAfter a week of complaining about not being able to sleep in the apartment I pay for, they finally sent a cleanerThis time (as my bedroom currently has sitting water) it has been over a week and they said they would send someone to no availI've had property damaged, had to spend an exorbitant amount on items to clean up their mess and cover the mold stench, and had to miss work several times to clean up or wait for their maintenance peopleThis apartment has been a miserable waste of moneyIf I weren't stuck in a lease, I would be gone in a heartbeatI'd give them stars if I could

Every pipe in my apartment has leaked and flooded my floors. The office is slow to help if they do at all. The apartment itself is under kept. Closet doors hardly work, windows and doors don't close all the way (letting in insects), and the floors, bathtub, and appliances are all cracked, chipped, and curiously discolored. They demolished the pool, there's hardly ever parking in the lot, the laundry machines eat your quarters, the gym key doesn't open the door, the walls are paper thin and ceilings/floors are very loud and creaky, and apartment wide power goes out for hours without warning. I email the office with a new problem weekly, almost never with any response. It is apparent that the staff does not care about their tenants at all other than to get our money.
My apartment has now flooded 5 times. I've yet to actually use my entire apartment at one time. They may take up to a week to fix the pipes and they will not clean up the flooding.
