Riverbend Sheet Metal, LLC

This is from the Town of Bairoil, Town Hall office. Our Mayor [redacted] called [redacted] with Riverbend SheetMetal LLC. and asked for an estimate to repair our Heating and AC Unit at the Town Hall. He said that he charged $75 per hour and that he also charged mileage. He was only out at our Town Hall for 1/2 an hour but he charged us for 6 hours. He demanded payment right away, with continuous phone calls - to which he became ruder and more demanding with every call. He was extremely rude to the Mayor, the Clerk, and one of our Police Officers. As a municipality we have procedures that we need to follow regarding payment. Mr. [redacted] was emailing the town with threatening emails, hanging up the phone on our Clerk and calling her names, and called our Police Officer and yelled at him on the phone. His conduct was totally unprofessional and very deplorable. We would NEVER do business with the person or his company again and will definitely NOT recommend him or his company to anyone.
