I was given a gift card with reservations at your business for:

Due to unforeseen circumstances (medical condition w/spouse), I called on 19Jul19 to change my reservation mentioned above.

I talked to one of your employees (Ron) notifying him that we were not going to be able
to utilize the reservation and I requested to change it to 30Aug19. He told me that the
30Aug19 date was not available to be used with this gift card due to it being a holiday weekend.
That I need to pick another off-holiday day. I told him I would have to call back, he indicated as long as I called by no later than Tuesday, 23Jul19 it would be a no problem changing the reservation.

Today I called and the young man that answered my call flat out refused to help me, that it was company policy (no exceptions) to be made and that I was stuck with the above mentioned reservation (show or no show) - no refunds or change in reservation.

I am surprised that a business such as yours has strict policy that do not entertain situations such as
mine. Your business is visited by a high volume of military and civilian personnel every week and
this type of business practice does not look good.

Bottom line: All I want is to change my reservation to a different date and not lose out financially.
