Riverbank Recycling

8/8/20 when recycling today I was owed 0.67 in coin and didn’t get it. Didn’t see a sign saying they aren’t giving out coins. I asked where my change was and they said “we don’t have coins”. I think they should have at least had a sign saying such. Or they could have bought some of the coin in their “TIP” jar.

Visited Riverbank Recycling Center 1/3/20 with metal (Steel) to Recycle. Told they didnt take "Tin". I left, called the owner, ***. He informed me they do take Tin. Asked who told me we didnt. He Ascertained from my description of him who he was. Said he would talk to him. Returned a week later. Again told they dont take "Tin". Was a half hour or more arguing with their Boss.
