I am rejecting this response because: in response to mrs [redacted] , I am truly aware that this are two different shops and they both operate differently,however I believe that I mislead on the pricing and the work performed it not my intention to receive any monetary compensation but to inform the public of shops like Riverbank Auto & smog Their lack of being transparent in doing business has not only affected my means of transportation but also my family.As I had no option but to take my vehicle to other shop In close are the receipt that mrs [redacted] saids are fraudulent Again my intention is not to receive any monetary compensation but to inform the public so they are not scam out of there hard and money Sincerely [redacted] ***

Re: [redacted] ID:12041031The receipt Mr. [redacted] provided of the work done elsewhere, is not very legible nor does states the repairs done with a factory catalytic Converter Assembly as we quoted. This shows 1 aftermarket catalytic converter was replaced and no diagnosis or codes were given. As previously mentioned, our receipt does detail diagnosis and code (s).Ultimately, our goal is to satisfy all customers. Unfortunately, Mr. [redacted] never allowed us to discuss the diagnostic in detail and reasons for recommendation. He just declined the repair and sent Mrs. [redacted] to pickup vehicle.
