Review: Service has gone done tremendously here. I called and wrote a letter about a recent Bedbug issue in my unit. They sprayed the unit across the hallway from me approximately 4 Saturdays ago and the only reason I found out there were Bedbugs is because I asked the tenants. I confirmed this fact with Clark Pest Control. I had called them over 1 week ago because my dogs were suffering from what I thought might be fleas, ticks,...They never returned my call then, nor today. I talked with the Office Manager [redacted], was argumentative and said she was busy with perspective tenants. My letter explained the money I have spent laundering items, going to the Vet, and the fact that I found a bloody bug in my bed that I bagged and froze. They have shown no interest in this. I want restitution because they refuse to have my place sprayed this weekend. I will have to buy new furniture, miss a day or two of work, and possibly move. Be aware that I am a good tenant who often pays rent 2-3 weeks ahead of time. There have been no complaints about me during my 3 year stay.Desired Settlement: I feel that I will no longer be treated with respect. As a matter of fact, the Assistant Manager was very disrespectful today. I want my full deposit back because I will now be forced to move somewhere that will accept me with my two little dogs. This is so stressful and I'm very scared because this has been my home. I need money to pay the deposit on a new apartment/condo, and restitution for the work I'll have to miss when they finally decide to spray.

Response:
Please be advised that they had the exterminator coming to take their problem. If I have anymore problems I will contact you as I will also request a follow-up to make sure that everything is eliminated.
Thank you for such a quick response
