Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: We were not satisfied with level of cleanliness of the only bathrooms available for the whole RV parkAs couple members of our traveling group totally refused to spend in park at any cost because of the state of bathroomsSo we have to have rent a room in hotel for same night and we completely moved out of park next morning around 9am as per details included in my last mailI believe as RV Park customers we had the right to enjoy facilities of basic levels of living, but unfortunately we were deprived of them Regards, [redacted] ***

Reply to Complaint: River Walk RV Park, Please know that our park restrooms are thoroughly cleaned twice daily and touched up throughout the day as needed. we would love to see any pictures you might have, since our cleaning team cleaned at 10am and 10 pm on the day of your arrival. Also know... that we - like most RV Parks and Campgrounds - do not have bathroom attendants. No one is cleaning after every guest uses the bathrooms. We apologize if any of your fellow-guests left a mess of which we were unaware. The bathrooms are private facilities containing a toilet, sink, and shower for individual use. Therefore, no shower curtains are needed for privacy - the locked door provides that. There were no police called during your stay for any reason and the park owners have never called the police on any employee. We provide a clean, safe place to stay while visiting our beautiful city. River Walk RV Policy and your receipt with your signature states "NO REFUNDS GIVEN". Given it was Christmas Day when your were wanting to talk to a staff member, The office was on an "on-call" staffing basis. We are sorry that your group of 10 did not like our park as much as our other guests have, and we wish you safe travel and better experiences. River Walk RV Park Management

As stated in first response, our bathrooms are cleaned twice daily and have not heard a complaint from any previous or current residents. River Walk RV Park policy states "NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED"which is stated on his receipt
