River View Villa Apartments

Review: They have poor record keeping. When I went to get a home loan I was told that I had a claim out against me from river view villas for 425 dollars. When I called to ask what it was for they said it was for damage to the carpet. I moved out June 2011 and they have records of me signing papers to move out January of 2012. So keep copies of all your records because they may forge or try to make false claims against you a year or two after you have already moved out.Desired Settlement: I would like them to remove the 425 dollars they say that I owe from collections, and issue an apology.
