Very good service on the selling side. Having said that service after the sale from the shop side I'd pathetic. If you need something as simple as a basic new blades, oil and / or filter change be prepared for it to take a minimum of 2 weeks for something that takes 90 minutes to preform. Save yourself some time and money and go elsewhere as once they have sold you something their care for your satisfaction stops being a priority.

If you are looking for very poor customer service and very poor contact record then Duncan Outdoors is the place for you. In spite of large promises to sell this Kubota zero turn mower, when the going gets rough they will abandon you completely. They're very sorry but a stick coming through the bottom to break a safety switch is "normal wear and tear".
