Below is the transcript of information’s exchanged between our front desk team and a customer service on Monday, April 3, @ 5:p.m.: Kendall (###-###-####) DD of MN, called on behalf of Delta re: the patients balance“***, filed a complaint with his work who in turn called Delta to inquire what was going onI explained to Kendall each visit date by dateShe said there was nothing to disputeEverything charged seemed very straight forward and agreed patients owed the balance dueShe actually said he owed $more dollars that we charged him due to a write off of the kids’ bitewing x-rays that we did not have to write offI agreed to not add the $71.00, back to account and Kendall said she was writing it up to the employer that we were "gracious enough to not add it back"
