We booked a room based on the information given when booking that we would have free parking for our truck and trailerI specificly asked this because we were in town for an event and the other hotel for the event did not have parking When we arrived, parking was not free for us We were told that we would have to pay for spots in valet parking and that our vehicle did not qualify for free parking We tried to discuss at time of booking, however, under time constraints we ended up paying for it We expressed our concerns over the last few days since getting home, and the parking fees are only being partial refunded I have explained that right on my booking confirmation it advised we were to receive free parking with our booking
