I am rejecting this response because: okay yesI failed to take into account the other months rent but the dollar Cort cost still should not have been taken from my account without my consent for an error Made by their office staff

On 02/01/a MO# was misapplied to lot 351’s account however, on 02/08/16 a day notice to cure was posted to the door and 02/10/the monies were reversed as it belonged to lot On 02/15/I called and left a message asking him to call usThe number I called was the
number we have in *** ***Then on 02/23/a day notice was posted to the door and mailed as wellOn 02/29/at 9:30am I called Mr*** again and I did not hear back from him then at 4:pm on 2/29/we filed him in court for non -paymentOn 03/01/Mr*** called and stated his father when to check on his house and found our day notice taped to the doorHe wanted to know what happened since he paid his rent and he also reminded me he was on auto payI reviewed his account with him and let him know what happened I asked him if they had taken money out of his account and he said he never checkedI explained to him again that it was an accounting error and that his rent went unpaid for the entire month of February and told him that I called him twice in February and I did not get a return callHe was upset because we filed his account in court and he incurred that costMr*** was charged $in court costs but no late fees were chargedHis dispute is that he wanted us to refund the extra $that was taken from his account however the total taken out in March was $which equals $349.46- Unpaid February rent $349.46-March Rent $205-court costs I don’t think he is considering March’s rent in the $ Respectfully, *** ***ARM

call us. The number I called was the number we have in [redacted]. Then on 02/23/16 a 3 day notice was posted to the door and mailed as well. On 02/29/16 at 9:30am I called Mr. [redacted] again and I did not hear back from him then at 4:37 pm on 2/29/16 we filed him in court for non -payment. On 03/01/16 Mr. [redacted] called and stated his father when to check on his house and found our 3 day notice taped to the door. He wanted to know what happened since he paid his rent and he also reminded me he was on auto pay. I reviewed his account with him and let him know what happened. I asked him if they had taken money out of his account and he said he never checked. I explained to him again that it was an accounting error and that his rent went unpaid for the entire month of February and told him that I called him twice in February and I did not get a return call. He was upset because we filed his account in court and he incurred that cost. Mr. [redacted] was charged $205 in court costs but no late fees were charged. His dispute is that he wanted us to refund the extra $553 that was taken from his account however the total taken out in March was $903.92 which equals $349.46- Unpaid February rent $349.46-March Rent $205-court costs I don’t think he is considering March’s rent in the $903.92 Respectfully, [redacted]ARM
