Review: My husband and I hired this company for our wedding. The caterer was late, first of all, then did not bring all the product as quoted in the contract. He said he brought brownies to sub for the missing product but those never showed as well. We complained to him after the wedding and asked for a partial refund. We are happy to pay for what was actually delivered. He agreed to refund us the money but to date we have not seen it. The wedding was on April 13th. We tried arbitration between ourselves but he has not upheld his word. His name is [redacted] otter. I understand he is trying to get out of the business and move to NY. Either way we did not receive all of the product we paid for. Additionally the second and final check we gave him on the wedding day was cashed that day, knowing full well we did not receive everything per the contract and admitted to the shortage that day.Desired Settlement: We would like a refund for the portion of product we did not receive on the day of our wedding...as [redacted] said he would.
