*** *** we have contacted you, and you refused to see that the pads were put on, and we were hung up onAs a matter of fact she was in the garage and watched the tech put the brake pads onWe told her no warranty as *** *** stated in her complaintNo Warranty because she bought her own
pads and the calipers are stickingAt her request we put the pads on and told her the pads would not last due to the calipers stickingWe did speak with the manager at Oreilys as well and he did give her a refundSorry you were upset with us but we did exactly what you wanted us to do, and put the pads on with you standing right there watching usThank You,*** ***
