Our pricing policy with drop-off clients has always been $60 if they would like to drop off and have it shredded at the end of the day or $75 if they want to watch it being shredded while they wait.  This is due to the additional fuel cost incurred from starting up the trucks multiple times per...

day.  Sometimes all trucks are out on route and there is not a truck here to shred immediately.  Apparently there was some miscommunication Mr. [redacted] arrived, and we have addressed that with our employees.  We would be happy to shred what paper Mr. [redacted] has at no charge if he would like, whether he would like to bring it here or have us come to his residence.  We deeply apologize for any confusion in this matter.
