River Graphics created a vinyl wrap for a Junior Dragster from hand drawn colored image sent by Email. Printed a sample of the finished graphic and mailed to the customer for approval. Agreed to meet with [redacted] and [redacted] 26 miles from River Graphics to pick up the body after hours,...

Completed the installation of the wrap and made arrangements to meet to deliver the body after hours. They inspected the wrap and were pleased with the final product Paid the bill. A couple of weeks later they contacted me ( [redacted] ) in regards of the wrap had come loose ( several small Air Bubbles ) After making arrangement to pick up the body from a location 10 miles from River Graphics after hours. I told [redacted] that we would not replace the wrap. but would cut out the bad area and replace. This was completed ( [redacted] or [redacted] had called and spoke to one of my employees and stated they did not want that done did not talk to me.) Delivered the body after hours. I and River Graphics went above and beyond with customer service for the [redacted], I do apologize for any my unprofessional ending in this matter there are some people you can never please.
