I have hired Omega Construction to do work in my house on occasions The first project was to rebuild a floor in my bedroom This project went OK The only issue I had with this is when they laid the subfloors on my floor they did not make a hole big enough for vent to go into I was told that someone would come out and measure and get it fixed, but nobody ever did And a year and a half later, my floors are starting to seep again Last October I decided to hire them again to do a project in my kitchen and this was the worst First I needed a cabinet installed above my stove I paid for the owner, ***, to purchase the cabinet He did not measure the space and installed a cabinet that was at least inches smaller than the space Then it was installed before it was painted which made it near to impossible to paint a decent coat of paint on top of the oven hood They were also suppose to install a dishwasher that to this day still has not worked correctly THEN they were to replace the flooring to the subfloors in the kitchen In the back corner of the kitchen they didn't even nail these floors down They positioned my old Refrigerator in the back corner to make it look like it was nailed down and even, but when I went to lay the tile the boards popped up I contacted the owner several times requesting for the floor to be corrected, with nothing but attitude The first time, I requested for him to come to my house and figure out what they needed to do to fix the issue, and instead he sent his son out, who couldn't be anymore than years old Needless to say my floor is still not fixed I just became tired of begging him to come and fix it
I have hired Omega Construction to do work in my house on 2 occasions. The first project was to rebuild a floor in my bedroom. This project went OK. The only issue I had with this is when they laid the subfloors on my floor they did not make a hole big enough for vent to go into. I was told that someone would come out and measure and get it fixed, but nobody ever did. And a year and a half later, my floors are starting to seep again.
Last October I decided to hire them again to do a project in my kitchen and this was the worst. First I needed a cabinet installed above my stove. I paid for the owner, [redacted], to purchase the cabinet. He did not measure the space and installed a cabinet that was at least 12 inches smaller than the space. Then it was installed before it was painted which made it near to impossible to paint a decent coat of paint on top of the oven hood. They were also suppose to install a dishwasher that to this day still has not worked correctly. THEN they were to replace the flooring to the subfloors in the kitchen. In the back corner of the kitchen they didn't even nail these floors down. They positioned my old Refrigerator in the back corner to make it look like it was nailed down and even, but when I went to lay the tile the boards popped up. I contacted the owner several times requesting for the floor to be corrected, with nothing but attitude. The first time, I requested for him to come to my house and figure out what they needed to do to fix the issue, and instead he sent his son out, who couldn't be anymore than 19 years old. Needless to say my floor is still not fixed. I just became tired of begging him to come and fix it.
Omega Construction fixed my fences like streamlined pro's. I couldn't be more satisfied.
