As the repossession manager, I have personally reviewed the complaint and the customer's account. We have received his handwritten requests and responded to each of them by sending all requested documents. Our company would also be more than willing and happy to work out payment
arrangements with this customer, if he chose to call into our office and speak with a representative. To date, we have only received written request; there has been no communication via phone, as the numbers we were originally given are no longer in service
