Review: My father died 9/25/2015 so I sold his home. The realator that I used lied to me and used my distraught state of mind to take advantage of me and cheat me out of thousands of dollars. [redacted], the realator over charged me when I first bought the house and listed it far under what I paid for it. She sold it to her friends and asked me to carry a note for part of the purchase at 6 percent. After looking at the paper work closey last week, I realized that she had her friends pay me $50,000 instead of $60,000 and she has me carrying a note at 5 percent intrest instead of 6 percent as she told me and my husband. And she didn't even have to show the house; one of the neighbors showed it. So I asked her to only take a 5 percent fee instead of 6 percent, but she wouldn't. She took complete advantage of me while I was in such distress over my father's death. I didn't notice how bad she screwed me and lied to me until last week I carefully looked over all the paper work.Desired Settlement: I would like to be paid all the money she screwed me out of. And her license should be revolcked so she doesn't do this to anyone else. There are no other realators in this area.
