Review: River City Real Estate has been struggling to send me my refund check for my deposit for over a year now. They sent me an expired check first and then charged me a fee of over $30 to send a new check. They then lost it in the mail twice. I told them around 3 months ago to just issue a new check and I would pick it up. They still have yet to write the check. I called them last week and told them to have it for me Monday. I called today Wednesday and they are telling me I have to call back on Friday, September the 20th. I moved out of there apartment in July of 2012 and still have not been able to find a resolution with this issue.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive my full deposit with out the unnecessary fees that were charged due to their error.
