Review: [redacted] continues to bill me for not providing a 2 mth cancellation fee. I had no knowledge about this & he failed to tell me about.

I had told him that I was no longer needing his services but he failed to tell me about the 2 mth cancellation fee. He is now also trying to add a 50% total bill fee on top of the 2 mth bill. He is now threatening to put a lien on myt fathers property & has just sent me what he says is a copy of my father's agreement to his services. It only has 2 initials which anyone could have put on his form dated 1999. I am taking care of my dad's finances & have had to get rid of [redacted]'s company because they have chronically failed to do the lawn care they agreed to do. Per one of his employees, the staff is assigned 13 homes to service in an 8 hr day. So, only those who complain get anything done.Desired Settlement: I want him to quit sending me bills, & not put a lien on my fathers property or sue him in small claims or any other court. I want him to just get out of our lives completely & NEVER have to hear from him again in any capacity. I already paid him for 1 of his 2 mths but he is now trying to collect for an additional 2 mths on top of that.
