We are direct importer of clocks from Germany and ChinaHe purchased the clock from one of our dealers, House of ClocksThey contacted us about the issue he had with the first clock he received When it was shipped one of the wires came looseHe shipped it back to usHe mentioned we repaired it, this is not trueWe grabbed a brand new one off of the shelf and sent it to himWhen he got this one, the second hand was not workingThis happens sometimes in shipping processHe received the second clock on September He never contacted us about thisWe just saw this complaintIf he would’ve contacted us, we would’ve taken care of himWe did issue him full credit back for the clock

repaired it, this is not true. We grabbed a brand new one off of the shelf and sent it to him. When he got this one, the second hand was not working. This happens sometimes in shipping process. He received the second clock on September 12. He never contacted us about this. We just saw this complaint. If he would’ve contacted us, we would’ve taken care of him. We did issue him full credit back for the clock.
