River City Car Wash

Review: The car wash is closed and I can not find any information on how to get my money back from my unused gift card. I purchased a gift card around Christmas 2013 and used it once, which still leaves $14 on it. River City's website is down, the car wash is for sale, and nobody is there.Desired Settlement: My $14 returned to me.

Review: I had purchased 2 $20.00 gift certificates, total $40.00. Now with no notice or warning the business in question is now closed and phone has been disconnected. How do I go about getting a refund on pre paid services I can no longer use? Desired Settlement: I would like a refund in the amount of the 2 gift certificates, $40.00.

Review: On 11/22/13 at approximately 1220 hours, I had my car washed at the River City Car Wash. After the car had gone through the car wash I was drying the car when I noticed that the machine had damaged the clear coat in two locations 1) on the driver door (lower) and 2) on the drivers passenger door (lower). A report was made (see attached) and forwarded to the owner. On 12/9/13 the owner contacted me via telephone, refused to see the damage and stated that her car wash had never damaged her paint. She told me contact the company that painted my car(the manufacture in my case).Desired Settlement: To repair the clear coat damage to my vehicle caused by their machine.
