On May 24th, 2019 I traded in a vehicle I had already paid off with this company to get a new vehicle (2007 Acura). I have been having electrical issues with the vehicle and the car has been jerking. The first electrical issue was with a headlight and now lights on the inside of my car are flashing. I was told by the dealership that they would help fix the issues. I had to call multiple times to just get in contact with the business. They came today to look at my car, and I explained to them the situation. The person I spoke to was rude, and they didn't even have the part with them that they were supposed to fix. I also mentioned to them about how I have an incorrect title. *** the manager and *** who sold me the car and this entire company has just been giving me the run around. They told me they would do multiple things for me when purchasing the car such as putting new tires, but none has happened.
