Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 11, 2015/05/28) */ Good Day, My name is [redacted] and I am the Assistant Property for River Chase ApartmentsI have researched this resident's complaints and have determined that every issue mentioned was immediately addressed and dealt with in a timely mannerUnfortunately, maintenance had to come out several times per the pilot kept going out, the resident contacted the Gas company whom which disconnected the service due to a leakOur maintenance technician responded to the issue right away and replaced the thermocouple along with the other requested issues per Laclede and her gas was turned on immediately afterwardsAs far as the April rent issue is concerned, I myself worked the office that Easter Sunday and was here from 10am-5pm and I had plenty of residents to come and pay rent and was actually surprised that the office was open on a holidayShe was never and will never be denied the opportunity to pay rentWe have an online option for resident's that can not come into the office as well as daily office hours (Monday- Friday 9am-6pm, Saturday 10am-5pm & Sunday 1-5pm) there is always someone in our officeSince this complaint has been submitted we have not had any further complaints nor any maintenance issues reported to the office from this residentWe are always ready to resolve any complaints/disputes for our valued residents

Our maintenance technician responded to the issue right away and replaced the thermocouple along with the other requested issues per Laclede and her gas was turned on immediately afterwards.
