I would like a reasonable charge for replacing ceiling tiles. It took 9 hours at a cost of $220. per hour to replace 95 tiles (That was 4 persons 9 hours=total man hours 36) He did not have this is his original quote.Business Response This is a case of miss communication as I have indicated this in my email correspondence with my customer. I feel I have explained in great detail as to my position with respect to the events that have taken place. We have already discounted our invoice and revised numbers which allows my company to be at a break even for the installation of tiles.The work was out of town and a smaller size job that most companies would not take on in fact when I was contacted by our customer it was said to me that they could not or have had a very hard time locating a company that would attend the out of town location to complete this specialized cleaning of mouse feces. My original proposed work did not include re-installing new tiles. This process did entail custom cutting, fitting and repairing the old faulty track system while working around desks counters and display racks. I feel that I have handled this situation professionally with accurate recorded correspondence which is in evidence. Once again I have discounted the portion of re-installing the new tiles. As my techs were on site for more than 15 hours with overtime and travel time to be paid. I was confident that we would come to a mutual agreement for After my conversation with [redacted] he had said that it was in his managers hands and before I could initiate more correspondence with said manager I had received the this information from Revdex.com.
