Ritzy Cakes

The experience of ordering was great but when we received our cake it was a disaster Cakes are usually delivered in a white box This was covered in plastic wrap that was touching the icing We were handed a cake that was obviously listing to one side by the "delivery driver" who showed up with the cake in the passenger seat of her Pontiac G The seats in any small passenger car slant backwards; hence, the cake was lopsided We had ordered a sugar free chocolate cake We were given a vanilla cake that we could not determine was sugar free so we couldn't eat it since we're diabetic The decoration on the cake was horrible It was to be covered in icing rosebuds and there were huge blank spaces and many of the buds looked like the person got tired and gave up Looked more like paisley shaped squishes I wish I had checked the Revdex.com rating before I paid F- is my grade They refused any refund and when I filed a *** dispute, she sent *** photos of the cake I sent her and asked her to reproduce from another bakery out of state! They have declined my dispute even though I was not able to provide my photos They can be seen on my *** account and on ***
