Ritter Landscaping

The customer signed a contract with Ritter Landscaping to re-landscape the front of their building.   All of the work was done per the agreement and per the contract that was signed by the customer.  After the plants were installed, Mrs. [redacted] called and complained about the size...

of the plants that we installed.  We did install the correct plants and the correct sizes that were on the contract, but she thought that they would be bigger and fill in more of the space.  After several discussions and e-mails between our salesman, [redacted], and Mrs. [redacted] they agreed that we would adjust the bill.  The original price for the work was $995.50.  Ritter Landscaping has agreed to issue a credit for $245.50 which would leave $750.00 due on this job.  Mrs. [redacted] agreed that this was a fair price and today, 11/9/16 we received her check for the $750.00.  Please let me know if you need any more information from Ritter Landscaping and what the next step is to clear this matter up with the Revdex.com. Thank you,Nancy HeardRitter Landscaping314-209-7111
