Review: On June 11, 2013 we engaged in a service/product contract with [redacted] of Rite Wire to upgrade our IT Systems and replace our security cameras.

Unfortunately, the install of comupters took a very long time and we have had many server and camera issues. We engaged another tech company to help us as Rite Wire ([redacted]) was unavailable to help us with our issues and were upset to find out that several products were never installed or upgraded although we paid them IN FULL! This is simply dishonest.

1. Upgrade to server ( Never happened)

2. Never increased hard drive

3. No Antivirus software

4. No exchange software remote for phones
