Used them to ship a car. The car was dropped in the median of a 4 lane road. Car was VERY dirty and the damage to the convertible top looked like dirt. I sent pictures of the damage to the seller and he and his pictures showed no damage at the time of shipping.
I spoke to Riteway representative and he said, "we will make it right". Six weeks later after MANY broken promises the problem was still not resolved. The last promise is he "was waiting for company to get back to him". I called the insurance company and they never received a call from anyone at Riteway. Their methods of resolving the issue seemed deceptive.

I had gotten a price that "sounded great" from another company. They never had a driver to pick up my vehicle, but they charged my credit card in advance. I contacted Pete at Rite Way Auto Transport, and he gave me a price, and explained how this industry works. My car was picked up the following day and delivered in 3 days. Pete also called to make sure everything was ok with the delivery. Great company !!
