Rite Temp Heating and Air Conditioning

To whom it may concern, [redacted] owner of rite temp heating and air conditioning installed two new heat pumps and air handlers in my home in March of 2012. First of it is supposed to be far more efficient than the 30 year old system it replaced and we have been trying to figure out why we just received an electric bill for [redacted] Well the reason being is his installation. He was so cheap that he didn't put the outside units up on stands. What this causes is insufficient drainage out of the bottom of the unit and because the ice remains the heat pump outside remains in defrost mode causing a steep increase in our electric bill. Not only that the ice as it expands pushes out on the coil that the refrigerant circulates through. So now after paying him to the tune of [redacted] not even two years ago but we now face several thousand dollars in repairs because the coils on both units are damaged, all because he was too cheap to put them up on plastic stands or even cinder blocks. I have been having problems with the system since day one, he came back and said there was nothing wrong.
