We are in the process of talking to [redacted] about his refund. We have left messages and are awaiting for a phone call from him to come to an agreement.

I am rejecting this response because:Given the nature of my complaint and the strong possibility of litigation in...

the near future , I specifically requested to CMS that all communications between myself and CMS remain documented through email and/or certified mail.For CMS to advise the Revdex.com that they are awaiting a phone call from me when I specifically requested only documented communications is just another example that they are not taking my complaint seriously.

I understand [redacted] problem with his Xbox live card...I have had the same problem on a couple of prepaid cards myself.
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds on prepaid cards because of the problems that exist with these cards...

and we have lots of signage posted that prepaid cards are non-refundable.
But, that said, I did call [redacted] to see if there was something we could do...one of those things we might be able to do is to call the company (Xbox) and get the company to activate his card though some of the activation code is gone.
I understand he has his receipt...fortunately with the receipt it is likely we'd be able to make it work for him.
Hopefully soon he'll contact us, bring in the card, the receipt, and we'll get it working for him.
