Tell us why here We had some significant delays in processing the Reg/Tags with the our 3rd party vendor and the state of LA We worked through all of the issues holding up the issuance of his tags and the process has been completed Mr [redacted] picked up his tags last week and has everything he needs
Tell us why here Volkswagen Jackson has technician certified to work on the VW Phaeton.? When this vehicle was brought in to the dealership there was a significant amount of work required which took extensive diagnosis.? The technician that is certified to work on this vehicle had a very full work load.? The [redacted] 's were made aware that it would be a good amount of time before he would be able to spend the necessary time to diagnose the car.? When the diagnosis was finally complete, the customer approved a couple of the recommended items to fix the car and said they would take the car to another shop for the rest of the items.? During the time the vehicle was at Volkswagen Jackson, there was never an issue starting the car.? It did not start when the customer came to pick it up and we recommended replacing the battery.? The customer declined.? To our recollection, the vehicle did not need an alternator, only a battery.? However, this is an old vehicle with high miles.? It is not uncommon to require a battery replacement which is why Volkswagen Jackson declined to pay for a new battery for the customer
We have tried multiple times to resolve this issue with Mrs***.? We have offered her financial consideration as a goodwill extension for the inconvenience we have caused to her.? However, she has been totally unwilling to work on a resolution and she has been absolutely unreasonable.? We have a signed vehicle purchase contract, she took possession of the new vehicle she purchased and we paid off her trade in.? At this point there is no resolution other? than to pursue this matter through the court system.?

The diagnosis for Mr***'s Audi was very challenging. We understand his frustration, it is always our goal to correctly repair a vehicle the first time. However we do run in to some difficult cases and unfortunately it can turn in to multiple repair attempts. We sincerely
apologize to Mr*** for the excessive time it took to correctly complete his repair. Our Master Technician worked closely with Audi Tech support to pinpoint the problem with his vehicle and make the repair. His vehicle has been returned to him and at this point we believe it to be repaired. It is my understanding this case to be resolved. Thank you
Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as my vehicle doesn't continue to have the same issue as beforeI am hesitant to accept that it has been repaired since I have taken it in for the same issue to be repaired over a dozen timesI will reopen the complaint if the issue arises again
