After purchasing a bocce ball set, we came home and opened the box, finding a faulty bocce ballWe returned to the store with product and receipt requesting a refundThe proprietor responded by saying " no refunds or exchanges"Asking him where this policy is stated or why we weren't told that prior to the purchase, he said it is his policy that once you leave the store it is out of his handsWe would like a refund, or an exchange for a non defective item
