Risk Vs. Reward Partners

It appears to be a direct mailing business that offers a monthly newsletter as its product. The first letter I received boasted of their success with thousands of partners joining in their first year in business, many of which are earning profits. The letter promises to send all details, free of charge, that will then allow me to make an informed decision based on that information. The second letter provides a copy of a newsletter and confirms that it is indeed their product. It requests a small fee to become a partner. This fee will cover (1/4) my Start Up Packet that explains Step-by-Step Instructions on how to get started and (3/4) my first newsletter. It will also explain their "Very Lucrative Pay Plan".
