I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to my concern, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me

I have passed on the complaint to our Sales Director concerning the issue. To resolve the issue our sales team have moved this customer to the #spot on the next release for the home she was interested. I was informed the customer was notified of this change and I hope this issue is
resolved and the customer will still consider buying from us. Please let me know if the customer would like to talk to me personally. I was told someone from my sales team has contacted here directly

KHovnanian discussed the issues last week and determined that even though this is not under warranty that we would [as a courtesy] seal the cracksA voice mail was left on Friday 9/8/for the MrHeslop and we will call again to set up an appointment for Wednesday to seal the
cracks
