As stated in their contract no refunds are given, but it is optional for the parent to pull their child. An apology was given upon the first phone call to the customer, but she continued to call several times over the week so they suggested that this was not the organization for her child if she was not used to being around other children. She has been coaching kids for 8 years, they love the children and they love what they do. They teach self-discipline, self-motivation, as well as build child self-esteem."
