We have a reservation at this hotel and called within 48hrs to cancel my reservation but was told that the reservation needed to be cancelled the same day that the reservation was made. I asked nicely where was this stated and why didn't my confirmation email state this? Howard stated that I wouldn't have received this a coach would. I did not make the reservation through a coach and didn't know what he was told asking about so I asked for a manager. He stated he would transfer me to the front desk and proceeded to hang up on me. I called back and he was rude and disrespectful and stated that the reservation would not be cancelled and that I can call the next day to speak with a manager but that's that. He stated a few more rude remarks and hung up.

Per our reservation history accounting data, this reservation was cancelled and no charges occurred. Claims regarding our team members are fully reviewed and addressed by our management staff. Many times there are several different accounts of an event from the individuals involved and we desire to fully research all interactions.
